A valid S-user ID associated with an active account, which includes at least one of the primary cloud products in the SAP C/4HANA suite. For more information, see Getting Started.
A cockpit role assigned to your S-user ID. If you're a super administrator in your organization, you are automatically assigned the cockpit administrator role. For all other users, a cockpit administrator should assign you the required role. For more information, see Authorize Users.
The most likely scenario is that your S-user ID has not been added to one of the cockpit roles. What you can see and do in the cockpit depends on your S-user ID and the roles assigned to you by a cockpit administrator. If you don't know who has a cockpit administrator role in your organization, a super administrator in your organization can assign cockpit roles to you.
The cockpit is available to all organizations that have an active account with SAP, which includes at least one of the primary cloud products in the SAP C/4HANA suite.
