Administrators and developers of organizations that actively use one or more of the primary cloud products in the SAP C/4HANA suite.

Super administrators of organizations that have an active account and use at least one of the primary cloud products in the SAP C/4HANA suite.

Only super administrators have initial access to the cockpit.
If you are an administrator or a developer, and have a valid S-user ID, please ask another cockpit administrator or the company's super administrator to assign you the required roles in the cockpit.

Most likely, you do not have a cockpit role assigned to your S-user ID. See How can I get access to the cockpit?
If you have multiple S-user IDs, try signing in with your S-user ID instead of your e-mail address. Note that your different IDs might have different cockpit roles assigned.
As a super administrator, you should have seamless access to the cockpit.
Verify that your S-user ID is associated to an active account that includes at least one of the primary cloud products in the SAP C/4HANA suite. If this is the case, and you still can't sign in, report an incident.
Note that SAP C/4HANA Foundation, including the cockpit, is an offering intended to augment your experience with SAP C/4HANA products. Currently, for some customers, it is not possible to sign in to SAP C/4HANA cockpit.
Unavailability of the cockpit does not prevent you from using any SAP C/4HANA product that you have purchased or subscribed to. In cases of inconsistencies, always refer to your contract for the complete list of products that you are entitled to use.
