Who should use the cockpit?

Administrators and developers of organizations that actively use one or more of the primary cloud products in the SAP Customer Experience portfolio.

Note that SAP Customer Experience Foundation, including the cockpit, is an offering intended to augment your experience with SAP Customer Experience products. Not signing in to the cockpit does not prevent you from using any SAP Customer Experience product that you have purchased or subscribed to.

Who can first sign in to the cockpit?

Only super administrators have initial, seamless access to the cockpit with their SAP user ID (most commonly, S-user).

If you are a super administrator and you can’t sign in, verify that your SAP user ID is associated to an active account that includes at least one of the primary cloud products in the SAP Customer Experience portfolio. If this is the case, and you still can't sign in, report an incident.

Why can't I sign in to the cockpit?

Most likely, you do not have a cockpit role assigned to your S-user ID. If you are an administrator or a developer, and have a valid S-user ID, please ask another cockpit administrator or the company's super administrator to assign you the required roles in the cockpit.

If you have multiple S-user IDs, try signing in with your S-user ID instead of your e-mail address. Note that your different IDs might have different cockpit roles assigned.

How do I find a super administrator in my organization?

You can find your super administrator under My Important Contacts in SAP ONE Support Launchpad or by contacting SAP Customer Interaction Center.
